Water Bodies are treated as natural water reservoirs and water BANKS in
civilized world because in any emergency or war like situation when infrastructure
is collapsed, these natural water eservoirs/banks used to cater populations
drinking and other water usage- But we are an unfortunate nation destroying our
future water banks through poisonous drainage schemes like RBOD/LBOD and
national drainage master plans
